Kitselas Five Tier System is a community-built, community-driven system promoting job and skills training for community members within Kitselas First Nation and the greater Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine.
K5T offers several programs and services to support participants where they are at in their journey toward meaningful employment. Our offerings are provided in a safe, culturally sensitive space with opportunities for peer-to-peer support and mentorship.
Our partner-supported wrap around services allow us to link participants to other health, social and/or specialized service needs such as mental health and substance use services, housing support, and trauma counselling.
